It was very difficult to name this group of prospects. These players project best as either a 4-3 defensive tackle (usually under tackle – or 3 technique) or as a 3-4 defensive end (5 technique). These players don’t quite have the explosion or quickness of an edge rusher, but are more powerful. They don’t quite have the run stuffing abilities of a nose tackle, but are much more agile.
